This must be done within 5 days of receiving your product(s). For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping on non-defective products. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and manufacturer restocking fees for all non-defective returns. See below for additional information for for exceptions on returns of non-defective products. To return an item that has been damaged or is defective, please contact us first.KidKraft products have a 15% restocking fee. If you receive your item damaged our supplier prefers to send a replacement part if the damage is minimal. Level of Discovery products: All sales are final. Any exception to this policy must receive written approval. There is a 15% price re-stocking fee. If you have assembled the item, please disassemble and carefully repack all pieces and hardware in their original packaging to avoid damage. Items damaged due to return shipping will not be refunded/replaced. Will It Look Good Over The Sofa LLC Photographs:If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of purchase along with the receipt for a complete refund. Pack the photos in the original shipping materials. Enclose the packing slip. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a shipper like UPS or Federal Express that tracks packages. You must return the item in the original packaging and the item must be in excellent condition. Please make sure that when you repack it, you don’t get tape on the glass or print as this can cause damage. If we feel the damage was due to something you caused - like spilling coffee on the photo - we unfortunately cannot give you your money back. If the shipment is damaged, we need to be notified within 7 days of delivery in order to process a claim with the shipper, so please check your purchase immediately. Please do not discard the packaging materials. You must return the item using the original packaging. Contact us immediately and we will process a claim and discuss a replacement, refund or credit – your choice. A replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

Ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. There is a fee of 15% for non-defective products. Generally, product exchange is not an option. For exchanges, simply place a duplicate order once the original is returned.
FRET GUITARS: BOARD GAMES If an item is damaged in shipping, we put in a UPS claim and ask the customer to assist us in keeping the box, packing materials etc. Once the claim is filed we will replace the item for the customer. If an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. In the case of missing or duplicate chess pieces, we will supply needed pieces at no charge. We will send the customer a prepaid UPS label to ship the item back to our warehouse. With our return label the customer can give the return item to a UPS driver or drop at any UPS store. If a customer is dissatisfied with an item, they can return it for a full refund less shipping charges. The item must be returned to us in good saleable condition and the customer pays for return shipping. If the item is damaged because of poor packing there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Chess Piece Replacement: We will replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and the customer pays shipping. Please note: We are not held responsible for returns that do not meet these procedures and guidelines.
